Creating Pathways
Empowering Diverse Talent
Launched in 2014, Creating Pathways was the first cross-firm mentoring and sponsorship scheme for Black lawyers in private practice and in-house. Developed in response to research highlighting higher attrition rates among Black lawyers, the programme fosters senior-level support and professional development to help tackle these disparities.

Grassroots
Nurturing the Next Generation
Working in conjunction with several universities through a series of highly focused workshops, BSN’s Grassroots scheme is our flagship, undergraduate programme for aspiring lawyers: opening doors, breaking down barriers, and helping to create a fairer path into the legal profession.
